At BY MARIA, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Returns & Exchanges:

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
• Customized or stitched items are non-returnable unless damaged.

Damaged Items:

• Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof if you receive a damaged item.

Refunds:

• Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 5–7 business days.
